Just outside the cosmopolitan resort of Punta Prima, in a peaceful hillside area, is the traditional Villa S'Escaleta. Its location is fantastic, as it is just a short walk from the resort's extremely attractive beach as well as having all the local amenities close at hand. Punta Prima itself has an ample selection of good restaurants and bars overlooking the beach - the restaurants serve up good local and international food and make for a great spot from which to enjoy sunsets.

This is a wonderfully traditional Menorcan style villa that has stunning views out to Illa de L'Aire. Homely interiors are comfortable and nicely set off by the brightly coloured couches and decorative fireplace. Outside there is a brand new pool to cool off in and a shady terraced area that is furnished with traditional wooden tables and chairs - there is also a built-in barbecue, which is great should you wish to enjoy a meal at home.
