Villa Linda is a large, attractive house within strolling distance of the resort's amenities, from the soft white beach, to a small selection of restaurants and bars and a mini-market or two.

The villa lies in sprawling gardens planted on two levels with exotic shrubs, shady trees and tall palms and scattered with statues and decorative fountains. The poolside terrace surrounds a large freeform swimming pool with a shallow circular children's section and is separated by a low balustraded wall from the wide patio in front of the house from which doors open into a dining area. The ground floor is also home to a kitchen and three bathrooms with half-size baths, one of which is en suite to one of the three ground floor bedrooms. Upstairs are a twin and a double bedroom and a blue-tiled bathroom. Also upstairs are a second kitchen and a lounge with a furnished balcony from which there are outside steps down to the poolside terrace and lovely views through neighbouring pine trees to the shimmering Mediterranean.
