Situated in a quiet residential area at the southern end of Cala'n Porter, the popular Villas Silvia enjoy a pleasing location that's within walking distance of the various amenities of the resort centre and the Caves of Xoroi, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide some welcome peace and quiet. It's less than a kilometre from the villas to the steps leading down to the beach, there are shops within eight hundred metres and the nearest restaurant is only a hundred metres away.

The villas are all reasonably similar in design and décor, with each terracotta-coloured, single-storey house separated from its neighbour by low hedges and traditional dry-stone walls. Each villa has its own swimming pool surrounded by a spacious terracotta-tiled terrace fringed with flower beds. Next to the built-in barbecue, a shaded patio overlooks the pool and has sliding doors opening into the lounge/diner. The villas' interiors are light and airy, with high beamed ceilings and air-conditioning throughout. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area and the bedrooms share a bathroom and a shower room.
