Enjoying a prime position in a residential area on the outskirts of Cala'n Porter, Villa Eugenia is a lovely family house in a great location. It's only a kilometre or so to the sandy beach and there are shops, bars and restaurants within a few hundred metres.

The villa's large swimming pool is surrounded by a striking red and white paved terrace, with entrance to the house via three steps and a small shaded terrace. A cosy lounge adjoins a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a small adjacent patio which is home to a washing machine, an outdoor shower and the barbecue. The villa offers four bedrooms for the price of three, with the double having an en suite shower room and the other bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
