These three modern villas lie next door to one another in a quiet residential street close our Villas Antiquario. There are plenty of shops, bars and places to eat nearby and it's only four kilometres to Ciutadella. The steps down to the beach are only five hundred metres away and other pretty coves are easily reached on the resort fun train.

Surrounded by a quarry-tiled terrace, there's a swimming pool behind each villa, with small gardens to the front and rear of each house planted with shrubs and flower borders. Overlooking the swimming pool, a pergola-roofed terrace has sliding patio doors opening into the lounge/diner. The front door of each villa opens into a spacious hallway, to the left or right of which are one or two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. French doors open from the hallway into the lounge, separated from the dining area by a decorative stone archway. Next to the dining area is a modern kitchen. Upstairs, there's another bathroom and a double bedroom overlooking the swimming pool.
