Villa Martina is located on a residential avenue, next door to our Villa Forcat and conveniently close to the public steps which lead down the craggy cliff face to the sandy beach below. The varied amenities of Cala'n Forcat can be found within half a kilometre and it's only four kilometres into Ciutadella.

Villa Martina is an attractive house, designed and decorated in traditional Menorcan style. The villa's swimming pool is shaded at one end by three palm trees and surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace. The built-in barbecue area is perfectly placed for al fresco dining overlooking the beach and the pool is overlooked by a shaded terrace from which a door opens into a hallway adjoining the open-plan lounge/diner. Also on this level are a kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and the bedrooms, with two of the twin bedrooms enjoying views over the swimming pool.
