Located in the Cap d'Artrux area of Cala'n Bosch, this modern house is close to a scenic coastal walk with lovely views along to the lighthouse and across to the island of Majorca. The commercial centre is within walking distance and the beach is only two kilometres away.

The villa lies in lawned gardens surrounded by a high fence and planted with stubby palm trees. The swimming pool is set into a paved terrace which runs under an arched veranda with a pergola roof and doors opening into a lounge/diner with an adjacent kitchen which also has a door onto the poolside terrace. The bedrooms are at the back of the house, the double having its own en suite bathroom.
