Next door to its sister villa (Villa Jomar) in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, Villa Nuria is within strolling distance of the varied shops and places to eat in the Cap d'Artrutx commercial centre and less than two kilometres from the myriad amenities around the resort's bustling marina and the soft sandy beach at Cala'n Bosch.

Separated from the street by a brush fence and fringed by narrow lawns, the paved poolside terrace leads under a pergola-shaded patio from which doors open into a cheerful whitewashed lounge/diner with a high beamed ceiling. A modern kitchen adjoins the lounge and although we offer this as only a two bedroom villa, the villa actually has three bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a shower room.
