Like Villa Nuria next door, Villa Jomar is pleasingly close to a variety of places to eat and a couple of well-stocked mini-markets in the Cap d'Artrutx commercial centre. The resort's family-friendly beach and the bustling marina are only a short walk away or can be reached on the regular 'fun train' which runs around the resort.

Like its sister villa, the Jomar lies in its own garden, surrounded by a brush fence. The freeform swimming pool is set into a narrow paved terrace and overlooked by a pergola-shaded patio. The lounge/diner adjoins a modern kitchen and has doors opening onto the poolside patio and although we offer it as only a two bedroom villa, it actually has three bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a shower room.
