Villa Iris enjoys a tranquil location in the Cap d'Artrux area of Cala'n Bosch. The area's main feature is the lighthouse perched on the rocks overlooking the Mediterranean and across to the island of Majorca. It also has a little commercial centre with a small, well-stocked supermarket, the friendly Bar Mestral which has a restaurant and Titanic Park, a family play area with its own fun pool and a snack bar.

Thanks to its location, Villa Iris offers all the advantages of being within easy reach of the resort centre and the beach, yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this attractive residential development. Green lawns surround the villa, providing plenty of space for sunbathing and al fresco dining. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunny paved terrace with a built-in barbecue and a shaded patio beside the house looks out across the poolside terrace to the sea. From here doors open into a cheerful open-plan lounge/diner which adjoins a pine fitted kitchen. The double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and the twin rooms share a second bathroom.
