Located in a quiet residential area of Cala'n Blanes, Villa Magdalena is perfectly placed to take advantage of lots of local amenities. The varied shops, bars and places to eat in this bustling resort are all within very easy reach and the gently shelving beach at the head of a small cove is only six hundred metres away.

This lovely house is perfect for happy family holidays thanks to its ideal location and thoughtful design. The swimming pool is to one side of the house, separated from the pretty gardens by a low fence with a lockable gate. The front door opens into a lounge area with built-in seating, whilst the rest of the ground floor is taken up by the two bathrooms and the three twin bedrooms. Unusually, there's another lounge/diner upstairs. This has doors opening onto a spacious sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen next door to the lounge also has a door onto the terrace and adjoins a separate utility room.
