Villa Carlos enjoys an elevated position towards the back of Cala Galdana. There are some local bars and a supermarket within a couple of hundred metres down the hill and the resort's other amenities and the white sandy beach, bordered by pine fringed cliffs, are just six hundred metres away.

This is a modern villa designed in traditional Spanish style. To one side of the house, a kidney-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a paved sun terrace with a cooling poolside shower. A flight of steps leads up from the sunny terrace to the shaded balcony which runs along the front of the villa and from which patio doors open into the lounge, connected by an open serving hatch to the kitchen. Sharing a bathroom and a shower room, the villa has four comfortable bedrooms. The double has its own balcony and there are two twin rooms and a single. A folding bed is supplied for the villa's eighth occupant.
