Within walking distance of the scenic viewpoint which overlooks Cala Galdana, C'an Guel enjoys a convenient location only six hundred metres or so from the nearest resort amenities and only a short stroll from the steps which lead down to what is said to be the most beautiful beach on the island, curving around the horseshoe-shaped bay and overlooked by pine-clad cliffs.

The villa can be found in one half of a semi-detached house, kept pleasingly private from its neighbour by a high wall. Steps lead up from the shared driveway to the front door, to the right of which is a covered terrace which opens into the air-conditioned lounge/diner. The spacious kitchen leads onto a patio on the other side of the house where a paved terrace surrounds the swimming pool, bordered on two sides by a low hedge. The twin bedrooms also have pool views and share a bathroom, whilst a couple of steps lead down from the double bedroom to a small en suite bathroom.
