Villas Santandria can be found a mere three hundred metres from the pretty little beach at Santandria, with its soft sands, a couple of beachside café-bars and a pizzeria. Seven hundred metres away is Cala Blanca's resort centre, home to a variety of shops and restaurants, a pharmacy, a medical centre and some friendly family pubs.

This is a small, private development of eight attractive holiday homes. Each villa has a sparkling swimming pool either behind or in front of the house, surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace and flanked by neat side lawns. Sliding glass doors lead into a comfortable lounge/diner with a beamed ceiling and a cool tiled floor. The adjoining fitted kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is in a small utility room. Upstairs, each villa has one or two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. The double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool or the garden. Some ambient noise can be experienced from Pedro's night club, a small disco in the vicinity of the Santandria development.
