The Villas Maribel enjoy a fine location just four hundred metres from the small beach at Santandria and its selection of restaurants and less than a kilometre from Cala Blanca's resort centre. Very close to the villas is the local bus stop, from which there are services to the nearby resort of Cala'n Bosch and the historic old town of Ciutadella.

Beside each villa is a small lawn, whilst to the front is a rectangular or kidney shaped swimming pool set into a spacious tiled terrace. Inside an air-conditioned open-plan lounge/diner has patio doors opening onto a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. An archway leads from the lounge into the open-plan kitchen and also on the ground floor are one or two air-conditioned twin bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs are another air-conditioned twin with side-by-side beds, an en suite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
