This appealing villa is built in a traditional single-storey design and is ideally situated in a quiet, residential area a little over five hundred metres from Cala Blanca's sandy beach and the resort's pleasing variety of shops and friendly bars. The nearest shops and places to eat are within three hundred metres.

A small lawn extends around three sides of the villa and the kidney-shaped swimming pool is at the side of the house, surrounded by a spacious terrace with a brick-built barbecue which provides the ideal spot for al fresco dining during those long summer evenings. French doors with louvered shutters open into a cosy lounge/diner with a terracotta-tiled floor and a rustic beamed ceiling. From the lounge/diner an archway leads into a modern kitchen. Two of the villa's bedrooms share a bathroom whilst the double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a half-size bath and looks out over a side garden.
