Just across the road from the rocky shoreline of Cala Blanca, the Maribel is a small complex of just eight apartments arranged in a two-storey block. It's only a kilometre or so to the resort's lovely beach and there's a whole host of shops, bars and places to eat within walking distance.

The apartments all overlook a large speech-bubble-shaped swimming pool and a separate circular children's pool surrounded by spacious sun terracing. Four of the apartments are on the ground floor and the others above them, reached by steps leading up from the poolside terrace. All are simply designed and furnished with pastel-shaded walls, pine furniture and glass doors opening from the lounge onto arched, shaded balconies or terraces overlooking the swimming pool. Guests at the Maribel complex can also enjoy the use of a variety of amenities at the nearby Maribel Avenidas complex, seven hundred metres away, where there are regular organised daytime activities and evening entertainment for all ages.
