This charming, chalet-style villa stands on a leafy residential avenue in the quiet and peaceful surroundings of Binibeca Nou, only six hundred metres from Binibeca's picturesque beach, with its popular beach bar and a daytime restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean. Also within easy reach there are seaside restaurants and bars at nearby Cala Torret, 1.5 kilometres away.

Reached through sliding gates and a shrub-lined driveway, the villa's swimming pool and sun terrace are overlooked by a barbecue terrace with a stone dining table and enjoy a reasonable degree of privacy thanks to the low shrubs separating the grounds from the villa next door. A shaded poolside veranda opens into the cosy lounge/diner which adjoins a compact kitchen. One of the twin bedrooms has an adjacent shower room, whilst a couple of steps lead down to a double bedroom and a further twin sharing a bathroom.
