The resorts of Binibeca and Cala Torret are both within two kilometres of Villa Matisse, making souvenir and grocery shopping, a day at the beach or evenings out all as easy as admiring the views of the sparkling Mediterranean from its poolside lawns and many of its rooms.

The villa definitely makes the most of its elevated position, with fabulous panoramic sea views from all over the house. Lawned gardens planted with shrubs surround the swimming pool, with three steps leading from the scenic poolside lawn to a veranda which runs across the back of the house. The stylish lounge/diner has double glass doors looking out to the sea and a second door also opening onto the poolside veranda. A small hallway, again with patio doors onto the poolside terrace, leads to the villa's three bedrooms, where two twins share a bathroom and a step leads down to a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and access to the lovely poolside terrace.
