Next door to our popular Binibeca Vell villas and just a short stroll from the fishermen's village, fish lovers will find the villa's proximity to the pueblo pescadores and its tempting seafood restaurant quite irresistible and there are other places to eat and a variety of shops and bars all within easy walking distance. Even Binibeca's picturesque sandy beach is only just over a kilometre away.

This is a traditional Spanish villa in a lovely location. Sprawling lawns surround the villa's swimming pool, overlooked by a narrow, slightly raised, terracotta-tiled terrace which runs along the length of the house and under a ridged roof to create a shaded furnished terrace from which glass doors open into the open-plan lounge/diner adjoining the kitchen. Two twin rooms share a bathroom whilst the double bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and has its own en suite bathroom.
