This unusual villa boasts wonderful sea views from both inside and out and lies in a scenic, slightly elevated location only a short stroll from the nearest shops, bars and places to eat and just seven hundred metres from the resort's picturesque beach.

Because of its elevated position, Villa Llaut is arranged on three levels, with eight steps leading from the front gate to the poolside terrace which extends across the house to a covered veranda facing out to sea. More steps lead from the poolside terrace to the front door and inside, the lounge is split-level to an open-plan kitchen/diner. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom, whilst the double room, reached by a few more steps, has an en suite shower room and sea views.
