Set up on a hillside the fantastic Villa Es Llaut Nou commands stunning views out over the seafront of Binibeca Vell. Enjoying an advantageous setting that is both peaceful yet still just a 400m stroll to the resort centre, the villa is perfect for those looking for a laid back, sun-drenched holiday. The village of Binibeca has a wonderfully relaxed and traditional atmosphere, where you can wander the maze of narrow streets peppered with whitewashed buildings and beautiful Moorish arches.

The property itself is the perfect place to retreat to after a day of either sunbathing or exploration. Modern in design throughout, the villa even has its own home cinema room. Brilliant white walls lend a light airy feel to the interiors and the large windows ensure plenty of sunlight gets in. The two ground floor twin rooms share a full bathroom whilst the spacious double bedroom upstairs has its own en suite shower room which boasts views of the garden area. Outside amid the gardens and beside the pool there is a shaded seating area with dining set that is ideal for using with the built-in barbecue unit.
