Bini Marilena is close to the winding streets of the pretty village of Binibeca Vell and within easy reach of lots of local amenities. There are shops and places to eat within walking distance of the villa and the golden cove of Binibeca with its popular beach bar is only just over a kilometre away. The local fun train runs from Binibeca to the neightbouring resort of Punta Prima.

Bini Marilena is an attractive villa of an unusual split-level design. The swimming pool is in front of the house, built slightly higher than ground level to provide sunbathers with a greater degree of privacy. A lawned garden separates the poolside terrace from a shaded front patio with double doors opening into the house, where the open-plan lounge/diner adjoins a terracotta-tiled kitchen. A few steps lead from the lounge/diner down to two twin bedrooms and a shower room, whilst upstairs, two more twin rooms share a shower room and each leads onto a sun-soaked balcony. A double bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and a few steps lead to patio doors opening onto yet another spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean.
