Mar Yuca enjoys a wonderful location in a quiet residential area of Binibeca known as Sa Atalaya. Just seven hundred metres westward is the waterfront hamlet of Cala Torret, with several waterside restaurants and a couple of popular bars as well as a supermarket, a laundry, a baker's shop and a patisserie. Binibeca's gorgeous beach is a little over a kilometre away.

A large covered terrace runs right along the back of the house, enjoying glimpses of the sparkling Mediterranean and leading through two sets of doors into a split-level lounge/diner with a dining suite on the upper level and two steps down to the lounge area. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and also has a door out to the terrace, just beside the built-in barbecue. Completing the villa's amenities are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, with one of the twins having French windows opening onto the covered terrace.
