Cas Sucrer is peacefully situated amidst lovely gardens at the end of a residential cul-de-sac less than a kilometre from the turquoise waters of Binibeca's beautiful bay and delightful sandy beach. The rocky cove at Cala Torret is also nearby where a cluster of bars and places to eat include a restaurant specialising in local meats, cheeses and cakes.

With bougainvillea sprawling up its whitewashed walls, this pretty villa lies in tranquil gardens planted with palms and a lemon tree and surrounded by dry-stone walls. A spacious sun terrace surrounds the swimming pool and a path slopes down towards the barbecue area. Inside, the living room is furnished in a simple style, whilst the kitchen opens onto a small exterior terrace. The bedrooms share a bathroom.
