Boasting uninterrupted sea views over the bay thanks to their elevated position on the side of a hill, the Belavista villas are neighbouring semi-detached properties only a stone's throw from lots of local amenities and even closer to the steps which lead down to the beach.

Separated from one another by a whitewashed wall giving a degree of privacy, each villa has its own swimming pool overlooking the sea, surrounded by a paved terrace which leads through archways to a shady covered patio with doors opening into the double bedroom. Although we offer these as two bedroom villas, each house actually has three ground floor bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Upstairs is a shower room, the kitchen and a bright and airy lounge with glass doors opening onto a huge balustraded terrace with a built-in barbecue and views of the Mediterranean.
