Set in pretty gardens in a rural residential area within walking distance of the harbour and the town centre and only a kilometre or so from the beach, Villa Segura was once a grand home for a local landowner and still enjoys distinct family appeal.

Flower-filled pots add splashes of colour to the garden's abundant greenery. Lit after dark, the poolside terrace is surrounded by lawns and there's a communal barbecue area next to the villa, that has now been converted into five apartments. Double front doors lead into a three bedroom ground floor apartment (apartment B) with a back door opening onto the rear patio from the lounge. Reached by steps at either end of the villa, the first floor is home to a two bedroom apartment and another three bedroom apartment, both with sunny terraces. On the second floor are two small studio apartments whose shared roof-top terrace boasts panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
