This dear little villa is in the residential area of Siller, within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa and only a kilometre from the town's long golden beach.

Overlooking the pool, a shady furnished veranda runs across the whole of the front of the house, leading through a door into a modern kitchen with an adjoining utility room. Up a step from the kitchen is a wood-beamed lounge/diner where there's a small bathroom tucked under the stairs that lead up to the mezzanine area, which is surrounded by a wooden banister and furnished with a double and a single bed and a wardrobe.
