Surrounded by flower-filled gardens and rural tranquillity, Villa Magraner is a traditional-style villa in the L'Almodrava area, not far from Puerto Pollensa, conveniently close to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants and less than three kilometres from the beach.

Colourful flowers, evergreen hedges and fruit trees surround the scenic poolside terrace which can be illuminated at night. Beside a couple of orange trees at the front of the villa, a vine-covered terrace offers partial views of the swimming pool, whilst the main door under the terrace opens into an airy lounge/diner, adjacent to which is the kitchen, also with a door onto the terrace. Completing the villa's accommodation are a bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms.
