Lying along a country lane near our villa Finca Molinas in the tranquil countryside around Pollensa, Villa Ignacio is a charming single-storey Mallorcan house. Despite its pleasingly rural location, the villa is only a few kilometres from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants in Pollensa Town and just a short drive from the golden sands which curve along the coast from the stylish marina at Puerto Pollensa.

Offering some welcome shade, a covered, furnished patio runs along the front of the house looking out across the lawn to the countryside beyond. To one side of the terrace is the swimming pool, fringed by a line of lemon and lime trees and boasting lovely views of the tree-clad mountains from its sunny poolside terrace. A door opens from the shaded patio into an open-plan living area with a small lounge and a modern kitchen with a table and chairs. This area is air-conditioned which effectively keeps the whole of the house cool, including the twin bedroom with its adjacent shower room.
