Tucked away down a country lane, Villa Estanco is only a kilometre from the old town of Pollensa, close to a variety of shops and restaurants and the Sunday fruit and vegetable market. The beaches at Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are only a short drive away.

The villa's small garden is planted with trees and rose bushes and the poolside terrace enjoys splendid views across the surrounding countryside to the old town and the hill-top monastery of Puig Maria. Doors lead from a shaded veranda into a lounge/diner which adjoins a compact kitchen and the villa's amenities are completed by the bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room in an external annexe.
