A modern villa designed in traditional style with stone-clad walls and a ridge-tiled roof, this splendidly named villa lies in mature gardens in a peaceful area on the Alcudia side of the old town of Pollensa. The beach is only three kilometres away and the many amenities and the marina at bustling Puerto Pollensa are within seven kilometres.

This is a comfortable house, simply designed and furnished. Stubby palms and lawned areas border the swimming pool which lies in front of the house, surrounded by a paved sun terrace. Behind the villa, double doors lead from a patio and barbecue area into an open-plan lounge/diner adjoining the kitchen. The three twin bedrooms share two bathrooms.
