The Alvarez is an appealing, stone-clad villa which lies in pleasingly secluded surroundings with sprawling lawns and tall mature trees giving the house all the charm of a country residence. The villa is only a short drive from both the old town of Pollensa and the stylish marina and varied shops, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa. The golden beach which curves around the coast from Puerto Pollensa's stylish marina is only seven kilometres or so away.

The outdoor spaces around Villa Alvarez are particularly delightful with shady mature trees scattered across sprawling green lawns beside the villa and its swimming pool. A raised and paved patio runs beneath a partially covered terrace beside the house. Inside, the villa's cool interior is home to a spacious lounge/diner with a beamed ceiling, separated by a breakfast bar from a well-equipped kitchen. Completing the villa's amenities, to the right of the lounge are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom and to the left a double room with its own en suite bathroom.
