A lovely stone-clad house in the La Marina area of the Pollensa countryside, the Marina d'en Guillem is about nine kilometres from the sandy, family-friendly beaches at both Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, there are shops and places to eat within a few kilometres and the Pollensa Golf Club is only three kilometres away.

Laid partly to lawn and planted with palm trees and flowering shrubs, the pretty gardens behind the house are also home to an unusually large swimming pool surrounded by a paved terrace leading under a shaded veranda, at one end of which is a built-in barbecue. Inside, the villa has been stylish designed and decorthroughout. A door from the poolside veranda opens into the lounge/diner, with an adjacent kitchen and a separate utility area. Also on the ground floor are a bathroom and two bedrooms, whilst an open staircase leads to a first floor attic room with twin beds, a low beamed ceiling and an adjacent shower room.
