At the end of a country lane a kilometre from the Pollensa to Alcudia road, Finca Molinas is a spacious house with lots of traditional features. The old town of Pollensa is only four kilometres or so away and there are two beaches less than eleven kilometres away.

A shady patio runs along one side of the house overlooking the swimming pool and adjoins a utility area with a shower room. The built-in barbecue room has an ornamental bread oven. Doors open from the patio into an open-plan lounge/diner and an adjacent kitchen with a walk-in larder and door onto the poolside patio. An archway leads from the lounge to the bedrooms and a bathroom.
