This former farmhouse has been lovingly renovated to create a beautiful rural villa. In a picturesque location surrounded by trees and lush countryside the El Clos is wonderfully secluded making it perfect for those who want peace and tranquillity. Although the villa enjoys privacy it is only a short drive from both Old Alcudia and Pollensa where there is a veritable choice of beaches and coves amongst other delights.

The interior is delightfully homely, beamed ceilings lead through to an open-plan lounge, which is separated from the spacious kicthen by an American style breakfast bar. The villa's infinity pool is the ideal place to cool off, the surrounding terrace has a covered barbecue and the views from here of the pastoral countryside are simply stunning.
