Lying on the lower slopes of Puig Maria, this villa enjoys a fabulously scenic location in a residential area within walking distance of the old town of Pollensa's varied shops, bars and restaurants. Seven kilometres or so away is the soft golden beach which curves around the bay from the bustling marina at Puerto Pollensa.

A vine-covered driveway leads to the front of Costa C'an Moragues, which lies in its own delightful gardens planted with flowering shrubs, fruit trees and a small lawned area. A beam-roofed patio has double doors opening into the house. Downstairs, a couple of steps separate a small sitting room from a lounge/diner and an adjoining kitchen with a breakfast bar. There's also a ground floor bathroom. Upstairs, two twin bedrooms share a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden below. Also on this floor are a bathroom and a double bedroom. A door from the landing opens onto a second balcony adjoining the fourth bedroom and enjoying more tranquil views of the surrounding countryside.
