Lying in the heart of the Mallorquin countryside between Pollensa and the bay of Puerto Pollensa, this delightful villa combines style and comfort with tranquil rural splendour. The beach is less than five kilometres away and a variety of shops, bars and places to eat are within six kilometres or so in the old town of Pollensa.

The villa lies in attractive lawned gardens where the swimming pool is surrounded on two sides by grass and has Roman steps into the water at one end. On the other side of the pool a paved terrace runs beneath a pergola-covered dining area next to the built-in barbecue. The main door of the villa opens into an airy lounge/diner with picture windows looking out across the swimming pool and the garden. An archway links the lounge to an open-plan kitchen, whilst the bedrooms both feature pine furniture and beamed ceilings and share a shower room and a bathroom with a small bath
