Standing in mature gardens planted with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, C'an Tomeu is a lovely two-storey country house in a peaceful location just outside the old town of Pollensa, with views of the mountain top monastery at Puig Maria.

The villa is reached by a long shared driveway which leads via an electric gate to a paved patio. The swimming pool is in front of the house, fringed on three sides by hedges, trees and shrub-filled flower beds. The built-in barbecue stands beside the gardens, providing a delightfully tranquil and pleasingly scenic spot for dining al fresco whilst gazing out towards the tree-clad mountains. A door leads from the shaded terrace which runs across the house into a homely lounge/diner, to one side of which are a twin bedroom and a shower room and to the other a kitchen with a door onto the front patio. A flight of stairs leads up from the lounge to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
