Enjoying a wonderful, elevated position surrounded by rolling, tree-clad hills, C'an Singa is perfectly placed for both the popular resort and family-friendly beach of Alcudia and the old town of Pollensa, both only six kilometres or so away.

C'an Singa has been lovingly restored by its owner, Mateu, and is a delightful house full of character, charm and considerable scenic splendour. Reached by a long drive shaded by carob trees, the villa lies on a hillside, surrounded by lovely spacious gardens scattered with citrus trees and mature shrubs. The poolside terrace is fringed by lawns and boasts panoramic views of the local hill of Puig de Son Fe and across rolling countryside to the distant Sierra Tramuntana mountains. A kitchen/diner adjoins the lounge and the ground floor is also home to a bathroom and a bedroom opening onto the poolside terrace. Upstairs, another scenic bedroom has an unusual glass-panelled sitting room with more fabulous views. The third bedroom is in a separate, split-level annexe along with a shower room.
