C'an Penya enjoys a delightfully rural location close to our villas Aumadrava de Melchor and Xemeneia in the heart of the Cami de Bosc nature reserve, yet within a short drive of the beach at Alcudia and the shops and restaurants in both Alcudia and Pollensa. This area is ideal for those who enjoy bird watching and cycling as well as relaxing in one of the most peaceful areas of Pollensa.

The villa's pleasantly secluded pool area is surrounded on three sides by green lawns and a mature conifer hedge. Overlooking the pool is a shaded patio, to one side of which is a shower room. The kitchen is adjacent to the open-plan lounge/diner which leads onto the poolside patio and the two bedrooms can be found to the rear of the house along with the bathroom.
