C'an Oliver is reached along a long drive lined with tall palm trees and enjoys a pleasant location not far from the charming town of Puerto Pollensa. There are shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach and the resort's long golden beach which stretches right along the coast from the pretty harbour is only a couple of kilometres away.

This is a small, comfortable villa which has been built to take advantage of its tranquil, scenic location. The pool area is surrounded by a hedge, giving it a pleasing degree of privacy from neighbouring villas, yet still allowing sunbathers glimpses of the tree-clad mountains beyond. The swimming pool is enclosed by a paved poolside terrace, shaded by a large palm tree and overlooked by a covered patio with a built-in barbecue area and a sink, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The main door opens from the patio into a compact lounge, to one side of which is a light and airy kitchen and to the other a double bedroom with a door opening onto the front terrace. The second bedroom is a twin and both bedrooms share a bathroom with a three-quarter-size bath.
