C'an Collet is in a delightful position between stylish Puerto Pollensa and old Pollensa Town, with shops less than two kilometres away, places to eat within easy reach and the golden sands of the beach just a short drive away.

This is a modern house which enjoys a tranquil, scenic location against a backdrop of mountains, with views across to the monastery on top of nearby Puig Maria. Boasting poolside views of the fig and almond trees planted in the neighbouring fields, the large swimming pool lies in lawned gardens, surrounded by a terracotta-tiled sun terrace and overlooked by a shaded veranda. Patio doors open into the lounge/diner and a door to the rear of the room leads to a large kitchen and a separate utility room opening onto the side terrace which is home to the brick-built barbecue. A shower room adjoins the utility room, whilst on the other side of the lounge the villa's accommodation is completed by four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
