Lemon trees and multicoloured dahlias grow in the neatly tended gardens of C'an Coll, which lies at the end of a country track in flat farmlands between Puerto Pollensa and the old town of Pollensa and enjoys splendid views of the distant mountains.

The swimming pool is surrounded by flower-fringed lawns, overlooked by a covered patio next to a barbecue area. A wooden door leads from the terrace into a spacious lounge next to an equally roomy kitchen/diner with a walk-in larder. Also on the ground floor are a bathroom and two twin bedrooms with pool, mountain and countryside views. Upstairs, the double bedroom also overlooks the pool and there's a tiny bathroom up here too, with a half-size bath.
