Reached by a long shared drive, C'an Borras was once a Pollensa farmhouse and retains many charming old-fashioned features, including the stable buildings behind the house which are home to a couple of horses. It's only a short drive to Puerto Pollensa, so the shops and restaurants and the beach are all within easy reach. This villa is also located in a very peaceful area of Pollensa countryside, ideal for those who enjoy relaxing, bird watching and cycling.

Set into lawns fringed with flower beds, the swimming pool is overlooked by an enormous palm tree and a veranda from which double doors open into the house. To one side of the house is an undercover barbecue area with a sink. Inside, the lounge/diner leads to a kitchen overlooking the pretty gardens and opening onto the poolside veranda. Also on the ground floor is a spacious bathroom, whilst the three bedrooms are all upstairs, with two twins enjoying countryside views and a single room looking out over the mountains.
