The rural location of Casa Mesquida makes it a wonderfully private and secluded holiday home, yet it is still within easy reach of the country towns of Lluc Mayor and Campos and only a short drive from the beaches at Sa Rapita and Es Trenc.

Lying in mature gardens and surrounded by fields and rolling countryside, Casa Mesquida is a converted farmhouse whose origins as a traditional country home are evident in its style and décor. The house has an unusually large swimming pool set into a paved terrace and surrounded by tree-scattered fields stretching towards the distant mountains. A big wooden door opens from the front patio into the house where there are two bedrooms either side of a spacious hallway. The double room has its own en suite bathroom and a door onto the patio, whilst the spacious lounge/diner leads to a kitchen with a large feature fireplace and a walk-in pantry. Upstairs, another double bedroom and a second twin room share a shower room.
