El Pinar enjoys a pleasingly convenient location in the delightful resort of Cala San Vicente, being within three hundred metres of the sandy beach and only five hundred metres from the resort centre. The busier towns of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are both just a short drive away.

The villa's swimming pool is arranged in a raised terrace behind the house, reached by a flight of steps from a terracotta-paved patio which runs around the villa, surrounded by a narrow lawn. The pool itself has a sunny poolside terrace and there's a shaded patio next to the house from which sliding doors open into the lounge/diner. A compact, yet well-equipped kitchen adjoins the lounge and the villa's ground floor accommodation is completed by a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and French windows opening onto the pool-facing terrace. Upstairs, one of the twin bedrooms has an en suite shower room and the other two share a bathroom. One bedroom also has a small French-style balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
