As their name suggests, these modern villas can be found in the Matagorda area of Puerto del Carmen, only a hundred metres from the fabulous beach whose sands stretch for more than six kilometres along the coast. Just a little further away is a shopping centre offering a whole host of amenities, from shops and restaurants, to a variety of evening entertainment.

The villas are of a simple, single-storey design, each having its own private swimming pool set into a paved terrace and enclosed by a whitewashed wall providing a degree of privacy from neighbouring villas. Entrance to each villa is directly into a stylish lounge/diner which adjoins a well-equipped kitchen and opens onto the paved terrace around the swimming pool. A twin bedroom has an adjacent bathroom and also has patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. In the three bedroom villas there's also a second twin bedroom on the ground floor, in addition to a double bedroom whose en suite bathroom has a quarter-size bath.
