Separated from the busier beach at Lourdas by a peaceful stretch of sandy beach known as Lithero are the sandy coves of Trapezaki, lying at the foot of a steep hillside. The village itself sits high above the coast in rural surroundings. There are a couple of mini-markets in the area and Trapezaki has a local taverna or two, but visitors need only travel as far as the nearby village of Moutsata to find a bakery and other more varied amenities.
