Within the same group of well-designed villas as Villa Mataki, this is an equally lovely house with plenty of stylish features. There are a couple of mini-markets in the area, Trapezaki has a local taverna or two and the nearby village of Moutsata has a bakery and other more varied amenities.

Villa Asterios has been designed and decorated with a great deal of flair, with careful use of local materials and modern, minimalistic décor. The main entrance opens into a sitting room from which open wooden steps lead up to a galleried twin bedroom which overlooks the lounge and has an en suite shower room. Also on the ground floor are a shower room and a double bedroom with doors opening onto a huge shaded balcony which wraps around two sides of the house and has steps down to the poolside terrace. More open-sided stairs lead down from the sitting room to a spacious lounge/diner with an adjoining kitchen. Another double bedroom with an en suite shower room is also at this level and, like the lounge/diner, has doors opening onto the scenic seaview terrace which surrounds the swimming pool.
